I would like to know what are your taught about it . Do you like it ? Just saw pictures and this thing looks MEAN! Are they well made ? Is the stock made of genuine dark or stained hard wood ? what is the overall lenght ?

Can anyone give me some info and feedbacks on this gun ?

You should search throught the shot gun section. There are some gun tests included and certainly lots of opinion.

The Outlaw is setting new records on this site.

It is the shotgun most responsible for infractions, warnings, hard feelings, expanding ignore lists and locked threads.

It also seems to be setting records for the fastest appearance on the EE. I've seen at least three and perhaps four that have popped up since the guns started coming into the country a few weeks ago.

Hmmmm....

Don't worry you won't here from me. I like quality products.:)
We all do, but some cannot afford the very best. We would love to have Perrazzi make our shotguns, if we felt we could sell them. But the constant comments on a product we worked very hard to get, and that was specifically requested by CGN members, serves no one. If you feel we should stop selling the Outlaw, please send me a email with your comments.

I can't afford Perazzi's either (new ones). But I know enough not to throw away my hard earned money. If you can't afford something decent now, save for it, you will be better off in the long run. And how can you call something with a 12" barrel a shotgun? From what I have seen of the accuracy posts about it. The gun would be hard pressed to hit the ground if you dropped it.

The gun does exactly as was expected for accuracy. Minute of man at 20 feet. But, you seem to have a common bias exhibited by some shot-gunners (and others) against "fun guns". You are welcome to your opinion, but please do not spread vitriol to our, and those who enjoy cheap, fun guns, detriment.

Care to back that up? Or are we allowed to falsely accuse a product of being dangerous now on this board?
Absolutely not. I don't think anyone should do that without proof.

But speaking of proof. In an earlier thread I'd asked about the proof testing of guns in China. Care to educate us on how this is done? Here's the original thread to jog your memory.

I do not know if they are proof tested, but then again most guns sold in NA are not. But since most Chinese guns are sold in Germany, they would comply with whichever proof system they use.

CanAm,
My backpacker has worked well so far and I have not had any foreend issues at this point...
It seems like the bead is a little on the low side however...if you plan on bringing in some more in the future perhaps a pedestal under the bead would be a simple improvement!
Cheers.

I'm more than happy with my Outlaw and my Griz. Did the outlaw bite my finger once yes...was it my fault...yes. I think it is well worth the money I paid for it. I have expensive shotguns and cheap shotguns and this one isn't bad for the price. I'd have no problem recommending an Outlaw to someone.

I have one & have shot it.I am putting a rem rifle sight or a glow sight on the front to bring POA in line with where it shoots.(shoots too high with bead). It has a tight chamder for extracting cases. That too is an easy fix with some polishing compound. Is it safe? I think so,no prob with the heavy loads I shot. (so far) It is fun,has a lot of muzzel flash & is something different. There are many used shotguns for sale out there that I feel are not as safe. This is a gun for fun and not much more, but I am OK with that. Again this is only my opinion and yours may vary. That too is OK.

It is with all due respect not correct to say most guns sold in North America are not subject to proof testing.

Guns made in North America are proofed under the SAAMI rules, an industry cooperative. You can see the proofmarks on the barrels of U.S. made guns.

Guns made in most European countries are subject to CIP proof which is recognized by other members. Germany is a member of CIP and as such is required to proof test each individual gun whether domestic or imported before allowing it for sale if it has not already met CIP approved standards.

Do you like it ?
Yep, for a toy thats 300$s I like it alot. I find the front bead way too small for me, and the stock to long. As a result mine has been completely dismantled and somewhere between me and Brownells are a new sight for the front, and a spare recoil pad. If you haven't played with 12ga guns you will usually find you like them, but thats for you to decide. The finish is nice, the finish on the wood is very nice.

SAAMI, AFAIK, does not require proofing, pre say, as in Europe. They only require the firearm be capable of handling the cartridge for which is was designed. More a, "paper proofing". I am sure some manufacturers in the US proof all their guns.

I have yet to see a Chinese gun explode in the hand of it owners, although I am sure it has happened. I have, however seen evidence of hundreds of guns from Europe and the US doing so, for various reasons.
