is there a magazine extension that would give a flush fit with the 18.5 barrel?
I think the remington +2 is designed for an 18.5" barrel.
The Rem +2 will give a flush with muzzle look, but will only turn the gun into a 6+1, not a 7+1 as intended. Look at an S&J Hardware +2 instead.

Ya dude, your good to go. You should get the 12.5 as-well. I have 12.5" / 20" (and +3 ext.) / 26" Rib that I can change for whatever I'm doing. I doubt well see this kind of pricing again.
Also this looks about right for a rear site.

Thanks a lot Dantes!
I already have the 12.5 on my 870 with the S&J CQB stock and rail, which is flush with the feed tube and looks amazing, but I only wanted to be sure the fit of the 18.5 was the same as the 12.5.
For 80$, the 18.5 is a no brainer, I'll get it just in case I ever want to go hunting or shooting clays with my 870 (I'll have to thread it for chokes though).
I'll go order one right now!
Spoke with Daniel Ryan via email about the chokes. Your website states that 18.5 grizzly are 12 gages 2 3/4 caliberall grizzly barrels are chambered in 3"
Who did you speak to?
The sights are soldered on....30 seconds with a propane torch and they fall right off, then snap on one of these magnetic fiber optic sights

All the chmabers are 3" but the mags function best with 234Spoke with Daniel Ryan via email about the chokes. Your website states that 18.5 grizzly are 12 gages 2 3/4 caliber
indeedHave you done this? I ask because according to Canada Ammo they are brazed, which will take considerable heat to remove.
the 18.5" barrel has a 3" chamber, but as mentioned above, the gun uses 234, so the barrels are marked as such to reduce CS calls. You can verify by measuring against the other barrel
