P226 clone with 7.62x25? Didn't know such a thing existed... still available for $299??? I love that hot round...

^ The special is over but Canada Ammo still has stock at the regular price of $369. Ono thing to consider is that the mags are unique and so far the supply of spare mags appears to be non-existent.

Ya the price went back to $369 I think
I contacted canada ammo and correct extra mags are not yet available till next year...probably gonna cost us in around $60plus each...I know I'm gonna be ordering at least two to four depending on price..was at Al Flaherty's on wednesday and picked up two more mags for my 1911 $22 each ..hopefully these mags will be similar pricing..
I now have to look into the p226 grips and see how much they are...damb stop giving me ideas to spend money..lol
has anyone tried this gun in any p226 holsters yet?

I like the original grips ..but I don't like the fact my gun doesn't like the 1400 rounds of Czech surplus I bought for it.
I fired about 50 rounds with lots of FTF and 6-7 hang fires where the round went off a split second after the primer was struck.
The last round in the mag failed to load a few times as well.
The ammo worked well in the ammo sellers Tokarev it just doesn't work worth a crap in mine.
I have to try some different ammo and I hope its not the gun .

Really
great to get some feed back....I have two types of surplus ammo one not sure I have to look at the box but my t33 doesn't like it once it warms up slide sticks half way open and I have to tap the back to close it to continue shooting..second batch I got is from Sellier & Bellot from mastar so I need to test both out was not going to open the spam can but now I may so when I go to the range next week I can test both types of ammo..
great feed back

slide sticks half way open and I have to tap the back to close it to continue shooting...

Slide not returning to battery... I had that with my POS Tok I had, turned out it was the recoil spring that was bad. Put a new one in and it was like a new pistol. In this case, I don't know but that's the first thing I'd check - maybe they need a stiffer or longer spring???

Thanks all for sharing.

Another interesting thing is that the manual refers to the gun as a ".30 bore PX-3". I'm guessing it is sold under that name in different markets.

Typical vocabulary used in Pakistan, where the HP77B/PX-2 is/are also available (9mm reportedly both steel frame of standard size).

HP77B

not to hijack but if things go well I'm going with mine with surplus ammo wednesday morning
