Much the same as "Israel Arms" does not say made in China, but it is 100% Norc 1911, with a better finish.
I can contract Norinco to manufacture "GunNutz Arms Kodiac 870" without the made in China stamp. It is called "Brand Labelling" and all manufacturers do it. So yes, Dominion Arms and Norinco are one in the same. Sorry to all you Norc haters.

No, as a matter of fact Grizz is not a Nork gun. Real Nork guns (1911, SIG etc.) are from military factories. Grizz is from a civilian company which makes shotgun only.

Norinco is an government owned-export company in the PRC. They can contract many factories to make their firearms for them to export and sell to foreign dealers.

'Real' Norinco does not exist nor mean anything to do with the military. If you are refering to government factories building arms for the PLA that is different and not necessarily anything to do with Norinco save for cases where the same factory develops a similar firearm chambered for foreign calibers.

(Polytech could be considered involved with the PLA because it was a means to have a slush fund....er...I mean extra income buy exporting arms as a PLA controlled company).

Yes and no.

Yes, Norinco is an export company. However, it has at least 3 small factories doing nothing but Norinco orders - mostly 22lrs and handguns.

The company supplies Dominion Arms has been privatized at 80's. It was run by Government Beru of Forest before that. It supplies local hunter and farmers.
