You should be able to fix that up very easily. Ive seen worse than that dissapear without a lot of work.
So Kroil or oil will prevent copper fouling?
Kroil is a penetrant not a lubricant, bit of a difference in the two although Kroil seems to do a decent job, I use G96 after cleaning the bore.

You trying to do some sort of silly barrel break in process?
All you need to do is initially clean to get rid of any potential debris in the bore, then shoot your gun. Clean after at least every 250 rounds.
Barrel "break in" doesn't really accomplish anything, except potentially wear the barrel out early. Top barrel makers such as Bartlein will even say as much. More barrels have been damaged by trying to "break in a barrel" and extensive cleaning regimens more then anything else.
Kroil works wellYa I do 3 drops of Kroil on a patch after I clean. Old habit but it works
This was especially bad because brake clean will pull any other lubes out of the bore

Your brass jag is lying to you. The bore solvent is attacking and dissolving your brass jag giving your patches a false indication of jacket fouling in the bore after the bore is clean.
Take a patch wet with solvent and wrap it around your jag and let it sit for a while or rub it on the jag and see what color it is. Same as jacket fouling.
