was a good hunt right up until bubba said muskox surround the heard bull to protect it ... was under the impresion from science they did that to protect the young :idea: :lol: :lol:

They had an interesting segment about the types of ammo to use and which permits you need to hunt snowgoose but they did not have anything on the shotguns they were using.
Too bad as I think they were shooting Berettas. It would've been interesting to know which ones and their thoughts on them.

Well seeing the geese getting shot from about 10-20 yards was 'something' it sort of looked like it was all too much over preparation. Didn't seem like there was any challenge at all given the close formations. Did they even miss at all?
some phone frenzy must have changed their minds about airing the walrus hunt.
not only the recommendations from last episode, the guide expl, but also the mid-episode commercial about walrus hunting outfitter who they were sopposed to have used.

If that is something to be proud of, I'll just play the finalists on the local duck/goose call contest. or, even better, I'll grab a bag or grains in mid spring, spread them on the shore and record the real thing.

I was amazed. He took a hail mary shot at the caribou.
I would say that you either have to be an acomplished rifleman or an eager one with a semiauto to try that. With a rifle :!:
nevermind the bow shot at a runung animal. A good reason to brag to my wife: "I'd never do that." and "see, is not that easy to get them"
I respect him for showing that. Not often we get to see a "dose of reality" he could have cut the film so it would have looked like he shot the caribou with his magic bow.
