I'm thinking of starting to reload for my .223 in the near future. What I'm really wondering is, can a guy safely download the .223 to get something equivalent to the Hornet?? And would the light v-max bullets have okay accuracy through a Stevens 200??
I have a couple of reasons for this. First, just cause I can, and second, I think it would really encourage the better half. She loves shooting rimfire, but I think shes more noise sensitive than anything.(she doubles on the ears and still...)
I figure having more range than the rimfire with out the crack of the .223 might walk her up the scale. Any thoughts appreciated.
