I have had coon... It was really good... Would you eat a wild turkey?... They are great and 50 percent of their diet is slugs and grubs...

Ok but is the other 1/2 of their diet carrion? Because a coyote's diet is. As far as coon goes, I've heard that if the glands are removed properly AND the animal hasn't been eating out of a garbage can/road side smearings. The meat is actually good, trick is finding one NOT eating that kind of stuff.

Meh... Just cuz you eat that chit doesn't mean it affects the meat... Hey... I aint out to eat it... But I gotta try...
