I have an RCBS and in comparing to my mg scale the ES is .2gr. That means that the scale is only good to .2gr, not the dispenser. Of course all dumps that are not on the number go back into the hopper. The straw trick is helpful and I messed with the software to make it faster. Sometimes you get a little log jam while it is trickling up to the final weight and too much will dump into the pan - these go back into the hopper - it can only put powder in, it can't take it out of the pan. I probably get about 5% over weight. I am sure they all have these problems. How accurate do you need to be - .1 in a 46gr load is not as important as .1 in a 25gr load is, especially at 1000yds. Just because a scale reads 46gr does not make it so!
