Elimination Format F Class

I use the results from Bisley because they are available online on the NRA website. If you look at the results from the Grand Agg and the Queen's Prize you will see a few names multiple times. Some winning the Grand Agg several times along with winning the Queen's prize other years. Hard to believe they made it to the top of the prize list by luck. They must have a lucky horseshoe up their asses to draw a target and relay with only the other top shooters, no wind and very fast target markers. This years winner of the Grand agg dropped 4 point over 12 matches. And shot 115 V Bulls out of a possible 140 V Bulls. Oh ya, and this is with issued ammo. He was also a Queen's Prize winner a couple years ago. Are you saying this is all luck?
With the number of shooters at large matches and random squadding there is a pretty good chance that you will never shoot with the same person during the week and a good chance you will be squadded with beginners, cadets, young and old, fast shooters and slow shooters. If your mental game is where it should be and not worrying about how hard done by you are with the pairing for that match or how you think the other relay had better conditions, you will be a much happier person.

I could agree this type of competition held could possibly be interesting as a prize shoot, but as a canadian competitor there is one thing that absolutely disgusted me about it, and should have made everyone here who watched it disapprove.

We have so little venues to shoot at, and our shooting season is short. I quit watching after i seen 2 targets in use out of what 12?

Keep everyone shooting til the end. Rank out totally. Have those relays full. Burn way more ammo, because as Jerry said, and I agree with it 1000000000%. I go to shoot.
