Box stock Rem 700 SPS Tactical
Sightron 6-24x50 FFPMOA
Burris 30mm rings
Weaver 0 MOA aluminum rail bedded w/ green loc-tite
Harris 3x9 swivel bi-pod
Hornaday Match brass
Hornaday 168gr Match BTHP
42gr Varget
Federal Match primers
Bullets seated to factory OAL
No idea on FPS
Target set up in the trees @ 400m, 100m zero.
Not the best shooting position, trying to hunker down slightly below the crest & keep out of the wind.
Fired about 40 rounds at various targets in the tree line, the one pictured below was the last 5 shot group of the day as the wind was picking up.
I don't own a wind meter so you can see my adjustments shifting left & up walking up to the circle. Was also having issues keeping track of my zeros and fighting the trigger.
Anyway, a good first day out I think. Need to sort out that &%$*ing 14 lb X-Mark trigger, then load development and and some sand bags to keep the butt where it belongs.
Cheers.
