Has anyone actually received their refund check yet on CGN?

I'm sure there will be much noise when it happens, but not yet, no. Like mentioned above, apparently some people in America have gotten cheques. People in the earlier wave of returns got emails on the 15th of January saying that the refund was being processed -- that was just 5 weeks ago, so I'm not terribly concerned.

I gave them a call on the number they provided and they pretty much told me absolutely nothing other than to call back in another few weeks. They've had my sight in their hands since Feb 1 so they should have some type of update by this point (it's been 3 weeks).

Yea because the guy that takes the calls is not the same guy that does the processing. I bet it sucks to take all of these calls.

What was the turnaround time for you from RMA request to them receiving your sight to the cheque?

Did you get the same email on Jan 15th about the check being processed? Did you get an email saying that the check was processed?

my request for a refund was approved december 10th maybe 2 days after i filled the form on their website, i shipped my sight on the 12th, they received it on the 16th. On january 15th i got the email stating my check was going to be pocessed in a near future and the check was in my mailbox when i got home from work today february 22nd. As simple as that.

Well i asked for an amount in USD and i got the exact amount i requested plus 15 for shipping.
