Very nice looking.
I just got the same stock in Pepper Laminate for my Stevens (.243).
The guard screw holes line up good, but the problem is going to be the fact that the original screws are too short for the laminate stock.
Did you guys have the same problem, and how did you overcome it?
I'll be glass-bedding it for sure, not sure yet if I'll pillar bed it. It's going to be my winter project.
Yes, I did find that the front screw is too short. I purchased a longer 1/4" fine thread bolt from the hardware store. I counter sunk it because it has an allen head. The rear screw which goes through the front of the trigger guard was usable.
