I dealt with them a couple of times and then all of the sudden they cancel my order of trigger pull gauge (pretty much - electronic fish scale). Order included one and only item - the scale. I had lenghty back and forth email exchange with their Customer Service, Supervisors, Risk Management Team etc - then just gave up; never shopping with them again.
