I don’t know if trimmer heads can change out, but I can confirm 2 things.
Even if they would there would be some time required to change it out, and confirm extreme shooters do not have any spare parts as I have tried ordering some.
For priming I use the Forster bench priming station.
It uses primer tubes that are quick to fill, and has a pretty good balance between ergonomics, speed and precision.
I do not feel like it’s my weak link in the reloading speed chain right now!
At the price you stated for the first unit I'd be sending the second one back and asking for a new unit not a used one like it looks like you got
I think they are correct on reversing the motor. If motor is not spinning correct direction you will loosen the cutting head. It should be spinning anticlockwise at the cutter head to work correctly i believe.Xtreme shooting center just replied to my request.
They said to inverse the wiring so that the motor would spin in the right direction to cut properly.
I guess inverting the blade accomplished the same result.

Inverting the blade would put the wrong angle on the inside/outside of case neck if you left it in the same position. Need to make sure you still have 15 deg leg on the inside of case mouth. Look close at the cutting blade. One side should be 15 deg the other 45 deg on the "v" . The 15 deg side is meant to inside chamfer your case mouth.

There should be a plug with 2 wires, reverse the plug...might be yellow and purple but pics online show various wire colors for that motor
