i ve dealt with another shop from ab not being a supporter of the cgn but that make 2 not one that do not care about you just your money ... i think in both cases they are looking to get the most of it and wont make it after the round will be over ...

No kidding, I can’t even get my renewed license. I’ve been waiting for it for 11 months and they just keep telling me don’t hold my breath on when it will be in. It’s already been expired for 5 months. So make sure you renew plenty early if you want to be able to actually use your firearms.
 
Its a nice pistol. It does kinda suck it wasnt the 9mm you wanted but this one you can shoot all day long for pennies, 22s are great. More rounds, more fun. We want what we want though so ya i get it. Now one thing I have learned and C21 proves it. But they only froze the market with handguns much like the 12X. This government has no intent to letting owners keep them.
I believe it still stands that any city or town can still ban these at any time. Not sure as that might of changed when Turd went all in.

Because they are not the ones breaking the law. its not the only store that has had this problem. Their mistake was not informing customers but then again I dont ever recall any store ever informing someone this information when it has happened.
 
Considering that the business is probably going to go under soon, and you will have no recourse, I'd probably wait for the .22 to arrive, then charge back the credit card. I wouldn't advise doing this under normal circumstances as it's kinda scummy, but they did not send you what you ordered, that's why the cc company does chargebacks.

It wouldn’t have been so bad if there was no freeze.

I also purchased a handgun from another vendor and they didn’t even start the transfer until ban. I had to email them asking if they did and was advised sorry technical issue so couldn’t start transfer.
