FABARM Pro Forces Martial 14inch etal

Only thing I don't like about the fabarm is the receiver is made from an aluminum alloy. Softer and wears out faster than steel - why I stick with 870P's. Otherwise; they are great Italian made weapon.

Can someone elaborate?
After how many rounds can I expect the receiver on my Fabarm to start wearing out?

I would not worry about that issue at all. TSE has had a Fabarm Proforces as a rental range gun for at least a few years and it is still going strong... That thing gets shot almost every day, so I think it's safe to say that it has seen thousands, if not tens of thousands, of full power slugs and 00 buck and is in no danger of falling apart....

The bolt locks into the barrel extension. The receivers are really not stressed. Our range gun lasted 4 years at about 10,000rds of slug/buck each year. We retired it because it started to look ratty, but it still worked fine.

When are you expecting more Fabarms to come in?

I ordered my 14" Fabarm with the regular stock and bead/ramp front sight.
The front sight works fine shooting buck/shot rounds but I found it difficult to "accurately" shoot slugs.
I've since added a picatinny top rail and an "economically" priced Red dot. I've been very surprised how well the Red dot works when shooting slugs.

I recently added a pic. rail to the bottom of the front for a flashlight... i dont recommend this as i tore a gash 1 1/2 inches long on my finger when i shot it. the kick brought the gun back and the tip of the pic. rail closest to me sliced open my finger. You never wanna walk out of a range bleeding :D
im now considering a front grip on the rail with a light as the pump action is a bit slick

AltiDOD have you had any problems with the semi jamming? I got a pump and was thinking about the semi but i heard they jam ie the shell gets caught in the action as it gets ejected

My buddies SAT8 is a work horse...The only FTE was with 'bulk' sport loads (ie clay stuff) But one can get a lighter spring if so desired.

Sweeeeeeet semi IMHO...And for alot less than a Benelli M4

I've also got the Fabarm Martial Composite w/ 14" barrell and I love everything about it. I have pics here to show it, but it won't allow me to attach any... Anyone know how I can attach pictures without having to put in a URL?
