Don't know how bad the problem gets, but I've only taken mine out once and already it has marks. I don't really care though. I'll probably kick the sh*t out of this gun out in the bush anyway.

It is only a problem if you want it to be a safe queen. Functionality is second to none. My friend has one with a couple hundred through already and you can see where the slide has slightly scuffed, but that is it...
