Hi,
I'd like to know if factory crimp dies also complete the bullet seating process?
I have a set of 3 RCBS .40 S&W dies and am wondering if I can replace the last die (bullet seat/taper crimper).
The reason is that my barrel doesn't seem to like the regular taper crimp and had a hell of a time getting a round out of the barrel
From what I've been reading about the factory crimp and from what I saw in some videos, the factory crimp should let the round slide easily in and out of to the barrel...saving me another trip to the gunsmith.
If this is the case (and I'll just thow it out to save time...I'll also post in EE of course)...anyone want to get rid of a carbide one in .40 S&W or .45acp?
