Fake Firing Pin

I don't trade convenience for safety.
I also keep the bleach in the garage instead of on the floor of the living room, so by your logic, It must be too dangerous to clean?

I will always take all the measures I can to protect those I love, and when you have some that are a bit too young to know better, you go the extra bit to reduce the risks around the house.

Friend, see my post #17. My kids are mostly grown now and 2 of 3 are moved out on their own. Never had any kind of problem, as far as guns are concerned. Incidentally, I also taught them things like the proper, safe use of power tools, electricity, potential dangers of heavy machinery, etc. as soon as they could understand.

Carefully training your kids in the safe use of firearms: Commendable! (Good for you)

Insulting a fellow gun nut who takes additional safety measures by suggesting he sells his guns: Cowardly. (Don't be a douche)

Um... <Scratching head> But... You're a dealer... You DO make a dollar every time someone calls you about that... So...

;-P

well yes I would, if I had sold them a new bolt of firing pin.
some people think if you take them out and leave the gun under the bed or something like that it some how makes for safe storage.
The police don't feel the same about that.

Savages firing pins are easy to adjust if you know what your doing, five minute job. I've accidently made my rifle unfireable, get to the range load up and click. I have to adjust when switching from magnum to regular bolt heads
