well CyberK has come threw again:)

he gave me one to test yesterday for a scope he might carry...well if he don't get this line of scope I will cry....

if you remember my 2.5/10 review...oh you don't look here ( http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=154873 )

this scope fixes all the cons I had with the 2.5/10;)

it fixed this

15MOA per turn:evil:
and a half Mildot/MP20 reticle that I think will be a big hit! it looks like a Mildot but has half MOA Hatch marks:cool:

I will have pics up ASAP

it passed the same box test I did with the 2.5/10:dancingbanana: and the Knobs are just a bit larger and I like that!!! the 4.5/18 power is a great Idea and has awesome eye relief to boot!!

CyberK it looks like you have another winner!!

Jamie and CyberK: Thanks for the review and the supply of these scopes here into Kanada. For the past 4 years, I've been advocating the value of the Super Sniper scopes from SWFA and the USA. One sad evolution since I bought my first Super Sniper 10X rear focus, is the reluctance (by law also) to ship to us responsible gun owners (read: future terrorists) :(.

So with that option (Super Sniper scopes by SWFA) gone, the Falcon scopes fill that niche nicely. The best part about the Falcon series of scopes is that the importer/distributor is CGN's very own: CyberK. I'm happy as heck to support your efforts to make 'tactical' affordable, especially to newbies and students who have to count their pennies. Been there, done that.

Hats off to YOU TWO !! :D

Gee, I'm blushing :)

I got one of 4.5-18x56 in as a sample. The production line should be available this month. I will post pricing as soon as I get it.

Just for a tease, here is a pic of the 4-14x44FFP. It should be available by the end of this year. The specs are as follows:

Menace 4-14x44FFP

Adjustment - 1/4MOA
Reticle - Skeleton Mil Dot
Weight - 749g
Light Transmission - 94%
Total Elevation Range - 75MOA
Side Focus - 10-1000 yards, infinity.
1 Sunshade
Flip up lens covers

and I got my new Base for the LTR from CyberK too

IMG_5833.jpg

They are 20MOA Aluminum, and made by EGW, but are made to His custom specs. They are lower than the regular EGW Bases. They sell for $49.99 (pretty cheap considering they are built to TPS specs!!!). And he has them for Rem 700 SA, LA and Tikka T3.!!!!

this base fit perfect om my LTR no bedding was needed!!

Hey CyberK

Read on Sniperhide that the majority of the components are from the People's Republic of China:p I don't know why they emphasised that other than to promote domestic products I guess, however they did give it a favorable review. Who handles warranty issuses, and how fast would a turn around be should something fail? Thanks

I can't wait for the 4-14 FFP scope, just wish they'd use the NP20 reticle. I'm not sure what their obsession is with mil dots

I love mil dots. They're perfect for when you don't have time to dial elevation in, like out shooting gophers. Mil dots are a 'must have' feature for me.

Although one gripe I have with the 4.5-18 is that the reticle is calibrated to give true mils at 10x. Why not 9x? With 9x, then you'd have 2-mil spacing at 4.5x and 1/2 mil mils at 18 power. At 10, that means you get 1.8 mil mils at 4.5 and 0.45 mil spacing at 18 power. Makes the math way more complicated at powers other than 10
