They're not really all that comparable. The Falcon is huge - target knobs, 30mm body, 56mm objective. There's nothing in the 3200 series that's similar. I will say that the quality of the image is pretty similar between the two. The Falcon is available with a number of reticles, including the MP-20 and the ESLR which I really like.
I own both a 3200 10x mil dot and a 4.5-1x56 Falcon, and they're both excellent scopes, but they each fit a different niche. If you're slapping it on to a heavy, bench gun, probably go with the Falcon. For something a little more portable, the 3200 is probably a better choice.
