Looking for help from Glock shooters that reload 9mm.
I am trying to figure out how to properly remove the Glock smile / bulge from 9mm spent cases.
Reloader is a Hornady Lock N Load and using Hornady decapping / resizing die, Hornady powder measure with PTX die, Hornady Bullet feeder die, Hornady Bullet seating die, and Lee factory Crimp die.
For some reason the Glock smile/bulge, while a lot less noticeable is still there after reloading.
Can anyone advise as to the best way to get rid of it completely?
Do I just adjust the sizing die down a little further on the press, or do I need to invest in a Lee Glock bulge busting type setup (hope not).
This never seemed to be a problem when I used the Lee decapping / resizing die so I am not sure if I am adjusting the Hornady die incorrectly.
During an IPSC match on Saturday I had several FTF due to the smile/ bulge.
Any guidance is truly appreciated.
