Found a bowling ball in the middle of a hardwood bush about 5 miles from nearest road. Everyone couldn't believe it and figured it dropped from a plane...
Few years later I find a 7foot tall winnie the pooh stuffed bear sitting in almost the same spot....WTF I almost shot it from a few hundred yards away when I first seen it....until I figured out it was wearing a red shirt LOL...everyone couldn't believe it again and had a good laugh....
Few years later I find a neon green snowboard and snowsuit rigged up on it like a scarecrow almost in the same spot again!! Well now I know someone is screwing with me....
Next year at camp one member said he forgot something he was supposed to give me....weird I thought....then he says well you enjoyed my gifts I left out there in years past LOL
This crazy old bugger would bring this stuff with him on the quad then walk it up onto the hill in the middle of the hardwoods so I would find it....he knows it's on my trail to the next cut lol he always wondered how long I had the scope on that big bear before I figured out what it was haha
Found a nice Estwing axe years ago.
Bought a leather guard for it and it comes with me out in the bush.
Kamloops Lake has some amazing chit floating in it.
Basketball from Sahali High.
Propane bottles floating around.
Tons of tennis/dawgee bawlzs.
Dawks, 45 gallon bawrills………...etc.
Cess pewl oh chit.
On occasion, even dead bodies.
No chit.
Once found a nice hole dug in the shape and depth of a grave. Still puzzling over that. One time at band camp, I found some bush where I wasn't expecting any. Being the adventurous kinda fella that I am, I went in for a closer look. Unbelievably I found a large pink clam in the bush. I opened up the clam a little, and there was a small man in a boat, and what appeared to be a bottomless pit. Anyway, the clam smelled like it was dying so I go out of there pretty quick. Just before I left, I noticed a fairly accessible dirt road just behind the bush. It was pretty dark (and a little smelly) but I ventured in. As it turns out that road had fairly common traffic, and was much smoother than I expected. Definitely a little wash-boarding at the start and finish, but overall a not too bad.
