:popCorn:What have you found on your trips out into the bush ive found a hatchet themometer moose shed deer skull cabin in the yukon dead deer lots of cans half a dirtbike old shot up dodge charger shells of all kinds garbage everywhere and knife and thats about it so what are some of the cool things you have found out in the bush pics are good too:D

Good stuff:
Ram and Ewe skulls, and a couple deer too. Antlers at tree line. Even a wolverine tail this fall.
Leatherman, almost brand new! Old swede saws, abandoned log cabins, lariat, saddle remnants.
Once in a while I get a chance to sit down and find my thoughts too. You'll find that hard to believe.

Not so good:
Poachers caught red handed. Fail.
Animals that have died due to the above failing.
 
Engines, old farm equipment, wagons, various liquor bottles, bicycles, PC signs, ect.

All in the woods behind my house.
 
lots and lots of marijuana plantation that and hippies hiking with 50 lb fertiliser bag trying to look like nothing was going on.... ####ers

i also found an over and under just lying against a tree so rusted he must have been there for the last 5 years
 
so far I've found a deer grunt tube...about 10 years ago..I'm still using it:D...two knives at different times, found one in the spring, it had been there all winter..and a pair of cheap binoculars...and a graphite arrow....half a box of 243 ammo....a flip-up scope cap...all kinds of stuff...
 
I was hunting an old logging road when I came upon an old pile of you know what, complete with toilet paper.




Oh yea, I forgot to say that there was a really nice browning knife lying right beside the nasty pile!-----slipped off of someones belt I guess!

Still looking for the owner----if you can describe what you had for supper 2 years ago I will send it along to you, and a lot sharper than when I found it too! :cool:

My Uncle found a Mauser in the Smokey up by Bezanson 20 years ago. A flood from the year before wiped out a bunch of trappers cabins along the river, many were never recovered. The river was not kind to that gun, looked like a piece of driftwood.

Found fossils on the mountain tops to take home for the kids too.:D
 
I recently found the skull of a young bear that looked like it had been killed by being kicked in the head by a moose. This is actually not that uncommon, but finding the skull is.
 
Found this on a gas line waaaay back in the bush last week. Let me know if you need the number, it's for sale. :D

Found the frame of a skin boat about eighty miles down, and thirty yards North of, the Big Salmon River.

Found a carved mask hanging in a tree, upriver about a mile from Three Mile Rapids on the Stewart River.

Left them both there.........
