I'm 100% doing this. I was thinking about actually inlaying gold. But your way seems way more practical. Thank you!
 
I don't know how I missed this thread in the beginning, but I'm actually kinda happy that I did because I got to consume it in one go instead of waiting for updates!

Outstanding work. It's just custom enough, that it could be mistaken for a factory item. In my mind, that makes it pretty much perfect.

Great job bringing it back from it's sorry state. I'd say you overshot the mark of restoring it!
