I'm not picking up what you're laying down...?
Check Collector's Source's website. That particular VZ-58 is a converted automatic, which was imported before CAs were prohibited, so it is now deemed a 12(3). It's probably one of the only VZ-58 rifles in Canada that can't be used at the range.
