Is this normal, or am I just lucky?
I just opened a bag of 50 unprimed Remington cases and I picked out seven of them that had the flash holes way off center in the primer pocket. Five more had some sort of ring around the flash hole in which most of the brass was missing, (looks like the flash hole is a hole in the bottom of a crater). I have no experience w/ new brass as I have been using cases from factory loaded ammunition and I have not noticed these issues before.
It looks like there may have been some problem with the machine that made the cases. Or did I just get some Friday brass?
Can I use the cases w/ the off center flash holes and expect any kind of consistency? How about those w/ the crater?
Here are a couple of pics;

Thanks in advance for your advice.
