The importation is legal. The export from the US is not. BGC is flounting US law selling the ammo to non resident aliens.

It's not illegal for them to sell ammunition to non-immigrant aliens, provided they have a hunting licence issued by any State. That is entirely legal, it's the export that requires a licence.

We had this thread before about them dropping guns off at the border, and I quoted the relevant CFR which they don't appear to be following. However, they're the ones committing the offence, it has to be said (assuming they are in fact not getting export licenses).

Not to mention that under US laws it's illegal for an alien to transport firearms/ammunition in the car (like from BGC to the border) without proper documentation. If you get caught, you're in a pile of s..t.
