Just about to make a purchase...best price at FOC, but I'm not going through that again. WTF don't they allow e transfers (not that I'd use them again).
At least Tenda does...

So does G4C. I have bought a firearm with Etransfer just a few months back from G4C and it was smooth as butter. Stores who don't offer this option are really limiting their sales breadth and in this case with FOC, it would certainly provide an alternative payment method to somewhat alleviate consternation in using credit cards, given what has happened.

FOC's lack of responsiveness to get ahead on this issue (aside from a couple of posts on the thread) and to pointedly respond to customer concerns is both perplexing and unnerving. I was once an advocate of shopping at FOC, but the last year has really given me second thoughts on this establishment (and it's not just due to the credit card issue, for which I was affected). The customer service has really taken a nose-dive, both for in person shopping and online inquiries responsiveness. Re-assuring their customer base and re-iterating their commitment to the same should be the number one priority right now. Otherwise, word of mouth travels fast nowadays.

I suppose this is exactly what the opposition wants. They put out a hack routine to affect customers, the store loses business, and potentially closes down...mission accomplished.

Nice first post but that didn’t happen, it’s all on FOC for turning a blind eye to the credit card fiasco and not advising customers about it.

Exactly. I can't imagine why a shop would choose not to offer e-tranfers and that goes x1000 for a shop that's had all these issues. Very odd.

Yeah, you and I and anyone here can accept etransfers - easy to set up. The money comes in instantaneously, there are no processing fees...not much downside

It’s strange that they are still allowed to advertise on this site. Free market I suppose.

True - I have thought the same. And while I don't presume to know how the business aspect works, if they pre-paid for a sponsorship for a year, that may just be being honoured. The reputational damage has been done, but I am surprised they are not in front of this at least trying to repair/restore their name. It would go a long way to regain very likely lost customers (of which I am one - I have spent over 33K there in the past few years alone).

Why would they care to do any of that ?
After all these political blows, you best believe a lot of retailers involved specifically in firearms, are looking for their exit.

Some will be big blowout sales
Some will be quiet back room business sales
Some will ####ing Rob their customers blind and close when no one else wants to spend money.

Just an observation. My ATT came in, I emailed them, it was at my door in less than 48 hrs.

Not sure what this has to do with CC Fraud. My order arrived promptly too.... I'm still fighting the charges on my account from back in October/November ....

Not worth it for some SK Rifle Match .....

If FOC seems to either have very poor cybersecurity or possibly even some very “dodgy” employees, why are they still allowed to advertise on this site? There have been numerous complaints about this store, so I’m surprised people are even buying off them. I know CC fraud can occur anytime you use your card, but this company is (to politely put it), incompetent.

not your site, we are as guests and the paid business are ruling ...
