foregrip on non-restricted swiss arms

Any idea how this guy was able to mount a foregrip on his sig 550? I'm guessing that drilling is involved....

Thanks for pointing that out. Yes I meant the foregrip, not the forearm

I've seen the B&T rail and vert foregrip on the CQB models... are you saying that same rail will also fit onto the full size models?

My friend added a picatinny rail to his stock forend.

Yes you drill holes through the forend, and use nut/bolts to attach the rail to the forend.

He also used pattern resin to fill in any gaps and such, but its not needed.


I think you can get slanted versions that will compensate for the slanted bottom handguard, or you can get a stock AR15 type rail section (for bolting onto AR15 handguard) and it will be a little off verticle, but IMHO its not bad at all.

I gave you options to mount a grip on different models of the same gun based on the fact you are not sure if the rail alone will fit.
Nice to see you are greatfull for some extra options you may or may not have been aware of........
