something different in the video

Guy in the video doesn't have the BT forend.

He's added the foregrip to the STOCK forend with ????

I think that was the original question in the first post

 
My friend added a picatinny rail to his stock forend.

Yes you drill holes through the forend, and use nut/bolts to attach the rail to the forend.

He also used pattern resin to fill in any gaps and such, but its not needed.


I think you can get slanted versions that will compensate for the slanted bottom handguard, or you can get a stock AR15 type rail section (for bolting onto AR15 handguard) and it will be a little off verticle, but IMHO its not bad at all.
