forum or subforum for gun dogs ?

just a thought how does everyone feel about a forum or sub forum devoted to gun dogs ..... or even dogs in general ?

This idea has been kicked around a bit fairly recently (http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/foru...92-Hunting-Dogs!!!-Post-your-pics-amp-stories!!!). Activity and interest have not been particularly red-hot since it was proposed but let's try to get things interesting again in that thread again with some good material this fall. Less than a month to go and I should have a few things to contribute myself...

How about I sticky a thread on Gun dogs as a start? A new subforum tends to dilute the threads but a sticky might be a good place to start?

What kind of hounds do you have? I currently have three at my house now. I have a Black and Tan, Redtick, and a Bluetick. It can be quiet loud in my house.

I am down to just one beagle now ,had to put my old girl down last winter after she got very sick,..the one I have now is a pup from the old girl and I run her on deer and rabbits ,,,I grew up with hounds and as a kid we spent every day in the woods chasing bunnys in front of them ,,My family ran coon hounds and red bones walkers and black and tans on coyotes all winter and would travel to the usa for coon trials ..it is just part of the family to have hounds ,,,Dutch

I agree, as in the past, the answer has been "No" due to lack of interest. IE lack of threads on dogs in the existing hunting forum.
