Found BX-25 ruger mags

Found BX-25 ruger mags at bass pro in calgary today they had 6 on the shelf when I was there this afternoon. Packaging only had rifles listed. I'm guessing they are legal here now
 
Does it still advertise on the box that you can use it in a ruger charger? If I recall correctly, that was the reason these were prohib....
 
I called this morning and they have at least 7 left. $39.99 and they are advertised as working with ruger rifles. It does not list it as being compatible with charger anywhere on the box.

So I guess these should be legal now?

Did you ask if they were pinned?
 
This is an odd development...previously Ruger has said they couldn't just change the packaging. Is there any chance someone could check the product code on these ones to see if they're perhaps a different version of the BX25? (that isn't advertised for the Charger pistol?). I recently ran into something similar with IRunGuns and the mags for the HK416 .22LR rifle. They had 20 and 30 round mags HK .22LR (not Colt and not pinned) that were fine for the rifle because they didn't mention anywhere that they were compatible with the HK416 .22LR pistol.
