Found some interesting brass while visiting a range in a different province.

I found a crap ton of these spent on the ground, they looked different, the casing was ailver and the bottom extended out? I will post a pic latEr

So how does it work? Is the plastic end fly out of the barrel? Or it stops at BFA adaptor?

To add to this, the securiblank (the 9mm Luger blue plastic cartridge) is essentially to simulate firing just like traditional blank ammunition.
However instead of using gas pressure (in the 5.56mm variant) or blow back in the 9mm and sending dirty burning propellant straight down the barrel, the plastic projectile simply expands outward like a piston and mechanically cycles the action of the weapon ejecting itself from firearm.
You get the "pop" and the cycled action of the firearm to simulate real drills but you don't need a blank firing attachment or special bolt and you don't filthy up your weapons like standard blank ammunition does.
