So lets say the weld that holds the 5 round pin in place on a Franken-Pinned sks broke, whats some options for repinning/fixing it?

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this as an opportunity to shoot an unneutered rifle. Think of the children!

The antis are killing innocent women and children to prove that assault clips kill people so better reweld it before they do more damage to this country.

You should probably take it to the police station and turn yourself in for having a prohibited device. Then a criminal gets put behind bars, and another gun goes on the pile for the "look at all the guns we GOT OFF THE STREETS" photo op.

OR you could weld/solder/screw/epoxy it back on.

Jb weld, or $25 buck on new mag for it, or $39 buck for a tapco 5/20 detachable mag

Oh GOD! destroy the rifle now! with the mag unpinned it will undoubtedly compel you to go on a mass shooting, and even if you resist it will grow legs and do it on it's own!

but seriously... get it rewelded... I work at a welding shop, I can do it for free if you drop it off next time you role through edmonton.
PM me if that works for you.

Recent SKS rifles that came from Westrifle were pinned to the follower instead of the Frankenpin. I guess adding a second method of frigging it up isn't a good option. JB Weld is what I would use in this case.

Try placing 5 rounds in the bottom of the detachable mag, wait 3 minutes. Put the gun down, spin around twice, look toward the east, count to 10. Pick up the SKS. Now it will hold 5 rounds so go ahead and load it up!! :dancingbanana: f:P:
