RE: Cease and desist from attempting to stop free discussion and being a dickwad

Dear Canadian Whholsale ammo, your legal counsel:

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your persistent actions including but not limited to attempting to stifle free discussion on CanadianGunNutz and generally being a pathetic PITA TO ITS MEMBERS have become unbearable. You are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation of the law and are generally annoying us.

WE have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute a general annoyance, and We will pursue any legal remedies available to us against you if these activities continue. These remedies include but are not limited to: contacting law enforcement to obtain criminal sanctions against you, and suing you civilly for damages We have incurred as a result of your actions.

Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP being annoying and send us written confirmation that you will stop such activities. You risk incurring some very severe legal consequences if you fail to comply with this demand.

This letter acts as your final warning to discontinue this unwanted conduct before We pursue legal actions against you. At this time, We are not contacting the authorities or filing civil suit against you, as We hope (one can always hope, right?) we can resolve this matter without authoritative involvement. We are not under any circumstances, however, waiving any legal rights We have presently, or future legal remedies against you by sending you this letter. This order acts as ONE FINAL CHANCE for you to cease your illegal activities before We exercise our rights.

To ensure compliance with this letter, and to halt any legal action I may take against you, I require you to fill in and sign the attached form and mail it back to me within 10 days of your receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will act as evidence of your infringement upon my legal rights, and I will immediately seek legal avenues to remedy the situation.

CEASE AND DESIST COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT

I, Canadian wholesale ammo do hereby agree to stop being irritating which are in violation of CanadianGunNutz member's rights. I understand that this is my final chance to cease these activities. I understand that CanadianGunNutz members potentially have the right to pursue legal action against me relating to my engagement in these activities, but they will not pursue those rights in contemplation of my compliance with this written demand.

OK, I promised an update in the thread I began which was since locked. The RCMP were contacted but informed me that they can not do anything with this situation. I spoke with Shawn Bevins of the NFA and explained the importance of putting a notice out to their 22000 followers on facebook about CWA - since then the CWA has included an NFA image on their webpage, and the NFA has not officially denounced the CWA. As far as I am concerned, knowing a crime is being committed and not doing something to prevent it from being committed again makes you complicit.

You can all do the math yourself - I am tired of seeing inaction, I am receiving messages from CGN members telling me about their loss to CWA. Thankfully as far as I know Canada is still a Country of Laws, not Men

I will be donating as much of my own money as it takes to secure a good lawyer and pursue a civil case against CWA on behalf of those who are being ripped off, and in order to protect folks who will be ripped off if this continues.

This is still Canada here and these guys should not still be stealing from folks with impunity - if this is a big mix up we will sort it out in Court.

Anyone who has been ripped off, please PM me with one line, that being your E-MAIL address, the amount you had stolen from you, the date it was stolen.

I will establish a line of contact with you and we will discuss this matter outside of CGN, since it appears CGN Mods are about as concerned with the CWA as the RCMP.

Depending on where this goes what I would like to see happen is a class action Law suit against the CWA.

Will also be writing letters to SUN NEWS, CBC News, etc. explaining the need to get the word out on these guys.

CBC would view this as a good thing and put a 'public safety' spin on it, 'company taking money from unsuspecting gun owners for ammo and not sending said ammo, many crimes being prevented by gun owners not being able to obtain ammo and not having any money to buy more'.

edit: maybe Wendy is pulling the strings from behind the scenes on this one....
 
In order to have a slander or libel case, the accusations need to be untrue. If CWA would like to continue these games, please provide contact information for your legal counsel. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with them. :)

Actually this entire CWA thing is looking more nefarious the longer it goes on. I want to see a Lawyer on this ASAP.
 
What I wonder is if this is more about farming RPAL/ PAL and other information (besides stealing money) so that they can order Firearms online fraudulently.

The authorities need to shut these guys down until this gets sorted out.

Agreed. I would like contact information for Canada Wholesale Ammo. I mean like an actual address, phone number and legal counsel. Not an email run through a proxy and an out of province cell phone number.

Just realized that the "cease and desist demand" above requires you to sign and "mail" it to an email address. Would a legally binding document not have to be sent by registered mail? :stirthepot2:

A digitally signed email would suffice. However, it should be sent to the email address of the legal counsel. Perhaps they would be so good as to provide the contact information for their counsel. After all, such an important document should be followed up by a phone call to confirm receipt.
 
To "tigerman", CWA and CGN mods: The terms "slander" and "defamation" require false or misleading information. The information I have provided is true and verifiable. Therefore any such claims are invalid. Not to mention the fact that some post reply on a public forum in no way constitutes a legal document. Therefore, mods, I hope that this post remains so as to warn other potential consumers. I wish I had been.

Haha you actually think your "legal" BS is going to stop all people you ripped off from warning others , so you can keep ripping others off? Reporting facts is not considered stander here in Canada, unlike the communist s##t hole you crawled out of. The RCMP are on to you and next will be deportation.
 
Ummm , dumb question time here people , why do the mods feel the need to lock these threads ? You would think this would be a public service to steer our members away from bad business . I only ask cause I'm curious and I'm pretty sure I don't see the bigger picture , ie. lawsuits and such . So if you mods have a moment and you happen to read this maybe you could explain a few of the inner workings of the web site , thanks much Ernst

It's all being set up by the antis, no blood it the streets from the demise of the lgr so they have to do something to cause death and destruction. Get everyone's pal #'s buy a boatload of guns and give them out to gang members, legit guys get screwed over and the streets run with blood and they get to say "I told you so"......... Sorry never mind somehow the tinfoil from my roast beef ended up on my head again.
