This would be a good paint job for you up in NV......don't drop it though...it'll be lost in the snow :)

HAHA my ROCHELLE already has a white dress(synthetic stock/handguard) that's painted white for winter ... funny thing is I found the synthetic stocks colder than wood ones ... so she wears a wooden one right now ... ;)

Here is my 'tinted' or 'pigmented' epoxy fiberglass paint job that will outlast any zombie invasion:

My description of this operation is in the FAQ sticky at the top of this forum!

Cheers,

Nice, I may end up with a paint job like that for hunting.... :) or maybe tan....

Thanks for your reply, but with a B square mount and a Leopould VX2 she's a wee bit heavy to lug around in the bush for any extended period of time. I think she weighs about 12.5 pounds fully loaded, good for road hunting, but not recommended if you prefer the longer "sneak and peek" method....

Bah, 12.5 lbs....that's nothing. I'll just man up and lug her around.

I'm sending out a couple of my new "standard type" M14 stocks to pre chosen "testers". Once I have feedback from them and the feedback is positive... I'll be doing a production run of 25 stocks.
The ICR M14SGI is similar in dimension to your typical usgi m14 stock, but stronger. The stocks are made from a blend of carbon fiber composite, do not require a liner, drop in snug fit and are beddable, paintable and customizeable. Rails, sling studs, recoil pads and cheek risers will be optional. Full details will be released in a few weeks ;)
