I have always found it a pain in the derrière with some of my rifles while shooting off bags. My front rest sometimes interferes with the QD studs. A few of my rifles like to rest on the bags far enough rearward that it doesn't matter, but I own a few where the stud comes into contact with the bag (usually with recoil) and I find it both irritating and makes me question if it is affecting the POI negatively. Let alone slowly chewing at the bag.
Anyone else find his an issue? If so, what is your solution other than removing the stud, I don't like pulling the action from the stock just for bench use only to have to do it again to reinstall the stud. I do a lot of long range walking hunting and find a good sling a necessity obviously.
