frontier bullets

I have tried Frontier CMJ bullets from Higginson Powders in .45 ACP. I did not have any issues with them.

I've done the 110 grain .308/30 Carbine bullets as plinking loads in my 308 Win. Accuracy is not as good as jacketed bullets, but it's not totally awful either. Great fun for the $$$.

I second that good for pinkering... but NOT accuracy. i reload the 9mm 124gr

with a box of 1000 124gr 9mm they weight between 121.0 to 126.5gr

Sounds like a frontier love in. I used to shoot frontier in my old 1911 a1. It would group 5 inches at 25 yards. I casted 230 grains from wheel weights which closed the groups on the old colt to 3 inches.

I sold off all my frontier after that.

3000 9mm 124gr loaded, no issues, will be happy to get more.

Note: they are plated bullets, so you need less powder compared to FMJ and a tad more compared to lead ones of the same weight...
