G17 Gen. 3 Vs G17 Gen 4

got my new spring assembly (spring) from Glock for my gen4, wrote directly to glock and later on of agents ship it to me directly, hassle free service very please, zero problems cycling even lightest loads now, there where no problem issues with older spring when using 124gr factory, its just didn't like my light reloads and 115 gr, and that's what i pretty much read on the web about whole "quality problem", now it cycles even lightest puffs. smaller grip size and bigger mag release are awesome. If you dont mind spending little bit more money, get gen 4, you'll still get one extra mag with gen4 so its kinda balances out =)

I can attest that the finish on G4's is less durable. They stopped using Tennifer finish.

Gen 3 RTF2 > Gen 3 and Gen 4.

Gen 3. Gen 4's will be around for the next 15-20 years. You'll always be able to buy them. Get a gen 3 now while you can. Im pissed I don't have money I want a Gen3 21. I don't want a Gen 4!!!!

I bought a Gen 3 G21 in December! Full size frame and I love it. It's such a pig!
