I have a gevarm in .22lr, it is a semi, with an open bolt design, I can't sell it, it belongs to my "wife" it was given to her by her father. So as it PAINS me to have a gun in my safe that needs work I figgured I would ask if anybody has ever done the trigger in one of these, it has about a mile of takeup on the trigger and then about 13lbs of trigger weight and then it goes all "wiggly" and then fires. It seems to shoot well enough if you have a good bench rest and really practice with the trigger to get used to it, the groups aren't anything to get excited about but it does ok at 50 yards. I made my first attempt at a thumbhole stock with this gun about 4 years ago, it seemed like a good idea at the time
I'll post some pics after I take some before the weekend, i'll even show my abortion of a thumbhole stock!!
