I'm sure that was WWI Canadian Artillery. LOL!!! Seriously, punt guns were used on small water vessels and when times were good shot was utilized. During the great depression in the 1930's shot was replaced by nuts, bolts, nails, rocks etc. All ducks sold at 25 cents each except for the canvasback, it sold for 50 cents each because they were better tasting and a little plumper.![]()
