Instead of dealing with the US, go to Sporteque.ca. Have ordered lots from them for Glocks, cheap, easy, and fast.
if you clean your gun and put too much oil down in the firing pin chamber you will get light primer strikes, Glocks need minimal oil, a bit on the slide, clean the barrel and your good to go. Too much oil leaks in that firing pin channel you will have the problems you describe.
OP; what ammo brand are you running? I'm curious if "hard" primers have caused a premature wear/breakage issue.
