I'll be needing 2 extra magazines for Steel Challenge - which mags will fit? I read somewhere about some Glock mags not working in the 19X.

Glock 17 mags, Gen 4 or earlier, or Gen 5 mags with Gen 4 baseplates.

Received mine today. Plastic sights as expected.

It's a nice pistol. If it shoots half as nice as it handles/looks then I'll be very happy. The trigger has a long smooth takeup but breaks nice. Not bad at all. Better than I recall the last G17 trigger I shot.

Of course came with the 3 FDE polymer 10 round mags. I haven't tried the backstraps yet. I might check those out.

One of these is not like the others....

Got mine last Friday. Plastic sights, which lasted as long as it took to out on a set of Heinies. +2 mags from IRG arrived today

I got to play with one tonight. Other than the colour, I like black, I really liked it. First time a Glock pointed properly for me.

Unfortunately when I went to order I see Rampart is out of stock.

I’d much prefer it in black as well but I think they’ll be pushing it in tan for a long time if not forever. It was designed for the military.
