Tru-Glo TFO's are excellent sights. I've got 'em on all of my Glocks. Very bright in the daylight and they also glow in the dark.

I was a bit torn between the 17 and 22 but finally went with the .40 as this is my home defense with range trips second. I went with Ballistics over price, and if I get into IPSC, which I'm hoping to try and get to a couple this season, I wanted something that would grow with me in competition.
I may still grab a 17 for the range if I can get in before the price increases...
IF you intend to use your Glock for HD then many range trips and professional training should be your top priority.
