Glock Transfer Rejected

That was my thoughts as well, you spent lots of time getting the transfer done, and it is his problem , not yours .
But yes the money back, a service fee is reasonable and may smarten the guy up. He maybe needs the money for lawyers.

No worries, i'll just send 100% back. Thanks for your thoughts.

I don't think it's as black and white as everyone calling you a wannabe thief. It's a weird and unprecedented situation. He has incurred a significant opportunity cost. You could've sold that to someone who isn't a ####up, and now you can't, because he attempted to buy it.

I agree that there's no other option than to return the money but I do feel for you.

This guy nailed it.

I don’t agree with you guys. The deal was if C21 was, ig Gov was cancelling transfer before it was transferred to new owner.
In this case, the new Owner screwed up. Nothing to do with C21. It is his wrong doing. He have to assume all consequences.
The seller does not have to take a lost because of HIS screwup. No money back.

Definitely the minority opinion on this matter... Thanks

id be pissed too but keeping his $ would be straight out theft so try to negotiate some restocking fee to buy a drink and ease your pain, wipe your wannabe scalper tears and move on.

you can still sell it for parts , u can shoot all the crap out of it, those deals are subject to transfer so if it fell through it fell through.

No pain or tears here. Thanks for your thoughts.

Again, a restricted sale is always subject to approval the minute you call Miramichi to initiate the transfer. Nothing to do with the ban on handguns. You sold for a much higher price then the market value was before, so you played that game yourself. Like $550 to 650, now you obviously sold for a lot more and picked an idiot who makes irrational decisions. Greed. I saw Glock uppers parts kit sell for $1,200 on gp just a few days ago, do you really want more? I could have bought a Glock 17 or 19 almost up until the 21st of October for less than 1K.

If you are in doubt, consult a lawyer.

Go in line with Tenda and all the others who did price gouging and don't tell me about free market and capitalism.

Plus your reasoning and statements get more ridiculous by the minute.

You'd be so mad if you knew how many G17 parts kits I've sold for $1400.
