Go to hunting bullet

I like the TSX. I'm sure I would like the TTSX as well but haven't done much more than load testing.

I've probably used Partitions more than anything else, and they've always done the job for me.

When I first started I bought a lot of Core-Lokt and Power Point stuff and never had a deer get away.

So those have all been my go-to bullets at some point or another. Pretty sure they're all still safe bets.

Well the ballistic tip has yet to fail me. I guess I am just not into the boutique styled bullets. B/t have taken everything from moose down to gophers and never a complaint

I don't drink the TSX Kool-Aid.:p

I've killed a pile of stuff with Ballistic Tips, Partitions, and plain old Hornady Interlocks.

My current favorite big animal bullet is the Swift A-Frame, but I've killed a pile of game with Hornadys, Sierras, and several dozens with the TSX. I may have drank some of the TSX Koolaid, but never deluded myself into believeing it was champagne.

The hardest of premium bullets may be the best for the hardest of premium animals, but ordinary use on ordinary animals, with ordinary cartridges may be better served with ordinary bullets.
