Ok so i want a vickers sling! The one on sale but what do I need to get it to accept qd mounts? Also why is it such a good sling? I currently run idf improved slings and they are ok but I feel I'm missing something

The absolute ease of adjustments and transition makes it a fantastic sling.

IMHO the best sling is Tavors factory sling.. i bougt 3 of them and loving it. One is on AR, another on Tavor and the 3rd is shared between the other rifles...

Blue Force Gear Vickers (VCAS) is the only way to go

Add a push button onto each end and it fits to the DD rifles perfectly. Or if you have an MOE stock, then just one push button up front will do you.

Another vote for VCAS... and Magpul MS3! I made a hybrid sling a while ago, combining the MS3 connectors with the VCAS sling. Best of both worlds.

Vickers and / Or Magpul MS3, you cannot go wrong with either one! I have both!

While you're at it, buy some Frog Lube from Farmboy, I've gone through a FIRST 8 oz spray bottle from Oneshottactical in June, then I had to buy another 8oz from TSE in Calgary, AB.

Second that, those are my 2 go to slings. If I truly want a 2 point I go Vickers, if a want a single with the option of 2 point I go Mapul.

Why do you need more frog lube, if you've lubed everything, you'll never need to lube it again. Or are you like the kid in school that eats paste and because of the minty smell are you eating it?
