Got my first Glock.

I'm gonna put 500 through first and then see if anything needs changing.

Learn how to use the trigger and reset. There's nothing there to "fix"... it's just different from SA, DA/SA, or DAO triggers. In my experience, money spent on aftermarket parts to rice up your gun really would have been better spent on ammo to practice.

The one thing I changed when shooting Glocks was the sights, if they still ship with those garbage plastic sights, you'll need new ones after a few hundred draws from the holster. Sights are cheap, and you use them lots; get good ones. Other than that good holster, good mag pouch and progressive press (those suckers burn through ammo like it was free)

its funny how many people are anti glock and swear they will never get one...then they buy one and love them lol

Im guilty of this too......

I didn't understand at first. It's kinda ugly, primitive sights, feels cheap (read: really light)- what's to like? Then I got one. Now it's ugly like a mean Russian bodyguard that can take a fall down a mineshaft, has simple straight forward sights for easy target aquisition, and is super light, allowing you to carry more ammunition, rather than more gun weight. What's not to like?
